**"Holistic approach:** Google definition: "characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease." I see, so you mean, instead of **only** focusing on fluency shaping techniques, it's more effective to approach everything: \- stutter mindset (like focusing on speech mechanism, giving up on stopping compulsion)? \- perspective and response of triggers? \- the way we justify and choose compulsion? \- making your argument 'because I stutter' unconscious to choose compulsion (because as you said: "My father used to tell me I stressed myself out because of overthinking, so I internalized stutter as my fault")
