You should try telling him. Let him know stutters aren't dumb, they just need more space to speak. I hope he can hear that - if not, I'm sorry, shitty parents hurt like nothing else. In fact there's some link between stuttering and being labeled a stutterer. Your father talking to you like a child (when you're 16) might actually be getting in your way to becoming a former stutterer.
