Bad loop I feel so badly stuck these days that idk how to fix it or what to do about it. It’s a constant negative loop where I’m constantly thinking about my stutter. I’m avoid interacting with new people because of it. I’m avoiding presentations because of this. Once a leader to now just a quiet team member hurts sm. Just a little rant that’s been on my mind the entire week. I’m just so beyond frustrated and exhausted.
