Thank you for this comment mate. I agree and try to apply a don't give a fuck attitude, but I find that in the heat of the moment when my mouth is quivering and my tongue and throat feel tied and notched up; it all goes to shit and I start panicking and falling into the stutter/block even more. ​ It's like one of those things that no matter what I do to plan/prepare for it, in the heat of the moment, it always gets me. I agree with your last advice that I need to just literally jump/force myself into the most uncomfortable scenarios so that my mind can obtain the proof it needs to realize that it's not the end of the world even if I am blocking or having a hard time saying a simple setence. I'm going to join toastmasters for that reason. ​ Appreciate it :)
