Stuttering patterns changing

Stuttering patterns changing Has anyone ever had their patterns change in things they suddenly have trouble saying? Some things are constant, like trouble saying my own name. I've noticed over the past year I have trouble with numbers more often, and I find that when asked a direct question I struggle to answer unless I can get up and walk around.
