At 19 years of age, you're about smack in the middle of the ages I was at when I had speech therapy. I did speech therapy around 15 or 16 years of age. It didn't help. When I went back and did the same therapy in my twenties, I was able to achieve fluency. The only difference was me. I was very driven and serious about my speech therapy the second time around. The first time in therapy I really only did the work in therapy. In my twenties I practiced. I did the work day in and day out. Like a boxer training. There were no days off. But that was my story. And we're all different. I'm not suggesting anything about anybody else. When it comes to depression or anxiety, that's outside of my wheelhouse. I'd be talking out of my ass if I tried to address those issues. As such I'll defer to you with regards to medication and it assisting with anxiety, depression , etc. Please accept my apologies if I in any way offended by not giving consideration to these disorders in my earlier response.
