I work in a warehouse. I run the building on the physical side of things, management does the paperwork side. I do calls over the intercoms and directly to whoever I need to speak with about product and locations. It’s mostly physical work, but there is speaking involved. When I first started doing that position, I stuttered. But thankfully the intercoms have a cancel button. That job helped me learn how to control my stutter before attempting to speak. I still stutter, but I’ve learned to control it better. Take deep breath, hold, calm myself, and speak a little slower and more assertively. Took a while to learn my technique
