Actually it is, but some underestimate its burden because they don't stutter so they know nothing about the battles one has to cross everyday. Another thing is that a disability should disable you from doing something, for stuttering, it looks like it doesn't disable you completely as i said, but only requires you some extra effort and pain. But no , since effort is limited, it ends up by disabling you from doing the thing you want yo do.
