I agree 100% with u/arbessj (Here's some context: I'm 50 years old) Before I turned 40 and didn't accept my stutter, I bombed horribly at job interviews. After 40, I embraced my stutter and told myself that it's okay to stutter; it doesn't define who I am it's just what I have. I also just disclosed and after that, it's like I focused more on my KSAs (knowledge, skills and abilities) instead of my stutter. Additionally, I asked friends to help me conduct a mock interview and after a few practices, I was ready to ROCK IT OUT! I'm NOT going to say Good Luck but I KNOW you are AWESOME, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL and AMAZING.....NOW go get that job!
