What worked for me Hi, I managed to overcome my stuttering by breathing into my chest/ribcage rather than into my gut. What I mean is people who stutter do so because of shallow breathing and they breathe wrong, their gut expands when they inhale instead of their ribcage. Do this, place one hand on your stomach and another on the side of your ribs, then inhale through your mouth, I want the stomach to remain perfectly still while the ribs expand, then exhale and say what you want to say, you will no longer stutter. It's going to take practice to learn to breathe with your chest/ribcage without thinking about it but once you do you are free. This is what worked for me, also start taking magnesium, it'll help with your stutter, these two things are all you need imo. Good luck
