Does anyone have a massive problem with speaking way to fast and not forming words properly?

Does anyone have a massive problem with speaking way to fast and not forming words properly? This is something that according happens more than stuttering for me. I definitely have social anxiety from general speech issues and I almost never talk to girls. I want to change myself now, so im wondering if anyone else has the same issues as me and how they overcame it. I did speech therapy for a few months 3-4 years ago
