Never heard anyone else with my stutter. Vowel blocking. I (24F) think I have a stutter that causes me to block my vowels. It’s weird. I’ve had trouble saying my vowels my entire life but no one has ever really said anything about it. When I talk my voice just breaks whenever I’m saying vowels which is pretty much constantly. Like no sound comes out, my vocal chords just quit working i guess. I don’t have any other speech issues. It’s not every word but it’s very often. When I’m drunk, or yelling it’s not as bad. I’m a bartender so I talk for a living. I have never met or heard a video of anyone else with this issue. I feel hopeless and confused but I don’t have money to see a therapist. Anyone else have this particular issue?
