That's a lot to take in! Thanks for sharing all that. Let me ask you this, are you speaking in autopilot (going through motions)? Or are you conscious of every word that's coming out of your mouth, your thoughts while speaking & your delivery? There's a difference. As I replied to somebody in the comments: showing up and doing is only one part - there's much more to be done. Control is integral to everything. Are you in control of your breathing and your pace/speed while you're talking? When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts about your speech and interactions, do you let them manifest or do you switch up your thoughts to instill positive growth and progress?? Are you calm the whole time you speak or an anxious wreck? All of these things make a difference. Trust me. It's cool you're doing all of that but there's more to it. As the video implies this is ONE technique. Instead of being THE ONLY technique. Definitely helps regardless. You see what I'm saying? Andy Frisella of 1st Phorm & The MFCEO Project describes all that you've said as (and I paraphrase): "things you should already be doing without asking for a pat on the back". Oh, and it's far from a theory.
