Working with a stutter

Working with a stutter I got an interview for a summer job working at a home for people with disabilites. But I'm so scared about failing at the job. I have a pretty mild stutter so it shouldn't matter. But all I can think of is not being able to make phone calls or stuttering so much so I can't do my job. Even though it shouldn't matter that I have a little stutter. How do you manage your job with a stutter?
