Good stuff bro. I Just took 1 pill a day. I think it’s best to start only 1 supplement or medicine at a time in general. then you can tell if you it’s working or if it’s causing side effects or whatever. People say it may take weeks to take the fulll effect. Also initially a medicine May make ur stutter worse before it actually makes it better (brain getting use to a new chemical). Consult ur dr first tho! Personally I increased the doses while still maintaining them in the “safe daily level”
