Seems to be exercises more for someone with an articulation disorder. If you can articulate the sounds when alone or in certain situations, but block, have fear, look away and avoid when talking to people, these exercises will not help and are likely to further increase your hopelessness. Affirmations work for some people, and are contraindicated for others. There *are* exercises that will address the issue of blocking and avoiding! They are hard work but help tremendously to decrease blocks, and the results last.
