When will the FDA approve ecopipam for stuttering?

When will the FDA approve ecopipam for stuttering? I've been waiting on this new stuttering drug for 6 years and it still isn't available, Why won't the FDA just approve Ecopipam already, I'm tired of waiting, if it's already been shown to cure stuttering, than why won't they just release it already?
