Try to blank out your mind before speaking and just let it flow, sometimes for me when I think about what I’m saying too much I can get a huge block. Try to stay as calm and relaxed as possible , focus on breathing from stomach. If you have a nickname or short form version of your full name go by that or vise versa , might not work for you but it works for me
