Hmm , accepting your stutter shouldn’t necessarily make you more fluent, it could , but the point of accepting it . Is not dwelling on it, thinking negatively about stuttering moments that happened Because either way wether you accept your stutter or not , you are going to stutter that is something you cant control So i stopped trying to control something i obviously cannot control , that no matter what i do i still there Soo i changed my focus to things i can control like the way i think , exercising, improving myself doing any productive activity instead of thinking of my stutter that no matter how long i think about it and hate it will still remain tldr - my stutter remains somewhat the same but i try my best not dwelling over it , dreading it , which helped me be happier Hope i helped
