He stutters but he manages his stutter well. He usually does that whenever he tries to talk fast and to prove a point, I believe his fluency is very good off camera, especially when he talks slowly. These things also happen to me and I always want to laugh it off just like we all do on his stream but it's kinda hard when it comes to irl situations.
