Typical behavior for this stable genius. He’d say he’s imitating Biden’s dementia, not a stutter because he (and most conservatives it seems like) don’t believe Biden stutters. I think Biden acts like a typical person his age, but he doesn’t have dementia. I’m not saying he isn’t showing his age at times, but I don’t for one second believe he is demented. I’ve unfortunately have known people suffering with dementia and it’s so much different. I believe a significant amount of Biden’s gaffes can be attributed to stuttering. Some are because he’s just an old person, and some because he’s always said inappropriate things at times.
