My whole point is minorities are still discriminated in the work place even tho in certain sectors its illegal to do so! Like i pointed out even me being gay right now could get evicted and fired from my job and have no legal lawsuit or rights if that happened. Every one has things that can hinder them. A lot of people are struggling to find a job. I don't think it's a permanent disability. Resources like unemployment would be able to help pair stutterers with jobs they could do. The same pity party your having someone else is because they have a fine arts degree they can't use in there tiny town they grew up in. Like if there is no job there for you then move. Every one can come up with reasons they were unfairly over looked for a job. Just because you don't want to do the job doesn't mean you can't.
