As a balding 30 year old stutterer, my advice would be develop a good sense of humor. I’ve been happily married now for 5 years to my best friend growing up and my wife thinks I’m the funniest person to ever walk the face of the Earth. It’s also a good way to make friends. I know jokes can be hard as a stutterer. We always get stuck at the punchline. What I do is I don’t go around making jokes, I just make funny comments about things that happen around me. Makes it easier to say and I get social points on top of it. Also, anyone who doesn’t appreciate you because of your stutter, don’t waste your time on them. I see my stutter as a blessing in disguise because I know who really cares for me for who I am and not how I speak. Best of luck buddy!
