That's fantastic, I am so happy for you. Learn everything you can about the company before you interview. Understand what kind of environment you are walking into. Write down all the questions you may have before walking in there on Monday. Questions about the position, questions about the companies benefit package, what are the traits they value the most in the company. I would not bring up pay until either the next interview or a job offer. After the interview, write a short note thanking the interviewer for interviewing you and discuss any positives of the interview. Do this by hand, it shows more professionalism and attention to detail. Mail it out the same day of the interview, it will show attention to detail and may make you stand out from other candidates.
