How do I start speaking when my blocks usually come at the beginning of a sentence?

How do I start speaking when my blocks usually come at the beginning of a sentence? So I've already come to terms with the fact that I have a mild stutter, but the main problem I still have is that I find it hard to engage in conversation when it's excruciatingly difficult to utter the first word. I know exactly what to say, and can continue a sentence after the first word seamlessly, but I can't say it because I can never muster the energy to push the fcking words out of my throat. Any tips on how to relieve the blocks that are costing me valuable socializing opportunities? iiii especially can't start a sentence with any vowels
