Job interview

Job interview Hello, I am a student in uni and I applied for a residence job thinking there won’t be an interview but there actually is and i am scheduled for it. Now I want to know if it is okay that i dont attend the interview ( i know i wont get the job) and the job is not really important to me at this stage. People say i shouldn’t give up and take as many opportunities as possible because my case is unique but these days I have just been feeling really low and I am not really ready for having an interview i know this sounds ridiculous like i’m giving up and i shoudnt give up but it really isnt that important.
