From my personal experience and the experience of other people who stutter, one aspects of stuttering is its instability which can be good (periods of more fluent speech) or bad (periods like you experience now). The best advice I can give you is never stop talking. In hard times I have been trying to avoid speaking and this made me to be more nervous in situations that I couldn't avoid, then my stutter got worse and I tried to avoid more situations. And the cycle kept going. Just keep going, try not to avoid speaking but at the same time don't be very hard on yourself, we all have days when we don't want (and almost can't) get out a word but in my opinion the key principle is keeping avoidance as low as possible. Good luck!
