I’ve tried using the Jump from Paul Brocklehurst YouTube channel but I’ve only just started using it and not so proficient in using it yet. Speaking in rhythm using a metronome has helped me more. When I have a block, I repeat the whole phrase in a steady rhythm and I tap my hand on the outside of my thigh for added effect. Also I’ve found that reps repeatedly saying the blocked word without voicing it helps to diffuse the block. It helps me reinforce to myself that I can indeed say the words and that my speech articulators do work.
