Is it normal for my stutter to come back?

Is it normal for my stutter to come back? From when I first started speaking to age 5y/o, I had a pretty bad stutter that I was made fun of for a lot. I have autism along with some mental health disorders and I get very anxious sometimes. When I'm put on the spot at school to answer a question I stutter, and the teachers say that I'm just stalling. Is this normal?
