The solution is to accept you have a stutter and that the people interviewing you see all different sorts of people with all sorts of different personality and body quirks. Your stutter is no big deal. People without stutters get rejected for jobs, too. Every single person applying for those jobs is worried about some part of their body or how they look or act or speak. You are worried about a stutter. Others are worried about their accent, or a lisp, or the tone of their voice, or their silly sounding laugh. The list goes on. You know what the answer is: self-confidence - dealing with anger issues. If you think a job will magically make these issues go away, you are mistaken. There is nothing stopping you from right now addressing self-confidence and anger issues. There are so many different self-help ways to deal with these issues. Try a few and watch your life improve.
