I am 32 years old, have stuttered my entire life and I have had a career in technology since I was 16. I have worked help desk, network administration and for the last ten years or so I have been a software engineer. I have worked for companies like Intel, Tektronix and eBay. I have worked for the federal government. No one gives two runny shits. They don't care if you stutter, they care if you are a decent human being with solid technical skills. If you go into an interview just mention you are a stutterer once and that is likely the last time you will ever have to mention it again at that company. Working a help desk was the most difficult of them all, but I was working with internal company employees so everyone there were still decent people. Don't sweat it, man.
