I’ve felt the same way and sometimes till do, even 20 years into my career. I’m now mostly mild to moderate, but get frustrated when it’s a sever moment. After being in 9 different corporate and manufacturing engineering roles, my peers and management have never complained. I keep my focus on being a reliable part of the team. Some stammering or blocks never delayed a project, or made a calculation mistake. Don’t give up.
