Maybe this is something I did when I was younger. I don't remember. But now I will spot words I'm going to say in my mind before saying them, know or suspect whether I will stutter on any of those words, replace or sometimes even completely restructure the sentence(s). I never lie this way, but I will often come off as sounding a bit weird. I can live with that however.
