Well, maybe you're just being too harsh on yourself somehow. Being a stutterer certainly doesn't require you to fail your speech constantly, in order to "deserve" the label. All you can do is be glad about situations where you're more fluent than usual. No need to feel you're cheating =) Besides, a lot of stuttering can be "internal" too, such that an audience might not notice anything, but the stutterer certainly does.
