Yea iOS has an accessibility feature called Live Speech and Personal Voice. It matches exactly your use case. You first add a personal voice and then use that personal voice to use the Live Speech feature to speak the text that you'd type. You can also add commonly used phrases and words before hand and just select which one you want Live Speech to say. The feature just came out on iOS 17 and it's pretty good and only going to get better on latter software updates. You'll need iOS 17 installed and one of the latest iPhones or iPads to use it. The oldest phone able to use Live Speech is iPhone 11. In order to create a personal voice though, you'd need like a newer device with Apple's most recent processors and then you can sync that personal voice across on all live speech compatible devices such as an iPhone 11 or newest iPhone SE.
