I knew when I began reading it was the same person who did that equally shitty post a few days ago blaming his/her parents for stuttering and having a resulting shitty life because of it. Seriously?! As a stutterer do you really have it that badly? We're you born quadriplegic? We're you born and raised in a poverty stricken war torn country? I understand the self-pity, but for fucksake. You keep that attitude and you're going to a miserable cuss all your life. I made it through high school with a stutter so severe I could hardly speak at all. After years of work I've gotten it largely under control, have had some fantastic beautiful women in my life, have three successful businesses and two incredible kids who don't stutter. This subreddit is for those of us who want to improve our speech, and our lives despite our stutter. If you want to throw yourself a pity party please go elsewhere.
