My only dream is to speak without using so much effort. It's exhausting navigating what's so effortless for everyone else. I really do think I'd be happy if I could just say "hi" without people throwing confused or uneasy glances at my face. I have 2 degrees, almost 3, and talking to people still gives me small panic attacks.
