You will learn how to communicate better. I was the same way in college and through the beginning of my career. There are days that are difficult for sure but there are days that are amazing as well. I had a presentation this week to 50+ people on technical topics that my past self would never believe how well it went. I feel it went well not because I was 100% fluent (not close) but because people cared more about the content that I was qualified to deliver.
