These are my go-to exercises. First, I disclose my stutter (that way I take back the power). Second, if I have a block, I stop, breathe, and carry on. Third, I practice mindful meditation every day for 10 minutes which helps me to focus on my breathing. Lastly, and most importantly, I focus on living and NOT my stutter. You will amaze yourself when you mindfully practice this. Once I focused on living and not my stutter, it decreased.
