Confidence and Meditation (INFP with Stutter) I’m a 99% introvert with INFP and stutter identity. I’ve been experiencing stutter for around 1 year, when I start my employment in a tradition hierarchical company under a micro-management boss. I’m extremely afraid to express my views because somehow I know I will get ignorant/punishment if I say something not the same with my boss thought. Now I leave that toxic place, entered a really friendly and free company. Then I realise my stutter is serious than before, can’t even say a complete sentence. I think I’ve tried almost all solutions that can be found on internet. The most workable solution for me is meditation, and to build up a confidence mindset, to remind myself that I can’t lose to anyone in a cruel and realistic society. Seems it works after a few days trail. Stutter may have a variety of reasons. Mine is afraid of the opinions of others. Although no one is saying words on me, I feel discomfort on the street. Meditation 15-30 mins before sleep/after wake up, and listen to meditation music during work. It really helps me to identify what gets me anxious, also to detach from such environment when speaking.
