Well I had a friend who was the opposite of you. He had a very very mild stutter, he would maybe repeat a word a few times but you couldn't call him a stutterer even. But he would stutter when he was trying to read English in class. It suddenly happened to him ( he was 18 at the time ) and after a few weeks it went away somehow. Stuttering is so confusing....
