Ask your teacher if you could do it privately, just for her. If not, well, it is not the end of the world. Or you can use text to speech device. ​ I had also a group presentation and the age of 16 (m) and ended up crying and stuttering. Try to avoid this. Or talk to your teacher until he/she does what you want.
