I sometimes struggle on words like Arron and my own Daniel, but it's very rare that I do, but I just breathe before I go ahead and say the said names above and then I'm good to go. One trick that I used to get into a bad habit of using was putting a letter in-front of a word that I knew I was going to struggle on. For example, if I knew I was going to stutter on "Daniel", I would just say: "Oh I'm going to see aDaniel later", people don't really catch on or they just ignore it if they do. Bad habit though, do not get into this, it is rather hard to get out of to be honest.
