My last name triggers my stutter...

My last name triggers my stutter... I don't stutter as often as I do anymore but sometimes it happens randomly or when I'm nervous. However certain words can automatically trigger it no matter what. My last name is one of them, it starts with a Ca making a "cah" sound and no matter how hard I try to prepare myself i always get stuck. Its frustrating that I have to constantly worry about saying my last name since I know I'm going to say it a lot.
