Yeah, most of teams I was in had daily standups for 10-15 minutes to describe current affairs and 1-2 meetings a week like retro or sprint planning. Not much talking tbh but I don't mind it these days even though I still can block for 5s. No one cares really 🙂 I refused promotion to principal dev though because it changes the profile completely. Principala have like 70% meetings and almost 0 coding which I'm very good at and I don't want to lose that skill.
