I use to do lead in sounds. For example, if someone asked me my name I would say “my name is Ted” or “I’m Ted”. In this example, the “M” or “l’m” sound was easier for me to say than the “T” sound. I would flow into it and say it on the same outflow of air without a break in the breath.
