I think for a lot of us it varies. I can be having an completely stutter free conversation in person, but I answer the phone and it all goes to hell and I can't get out anything. If I had to average my entire life I would say 4/10, but that 4/10 is a lot of important conversations that I cared about more than the 6/10 stutter free rant about a movie.
