Yea but when you put in that time, you can at least say you tried it and move on. Or would you rather go your whole life without trying anything or putting in the needed effort? And I'm sure it won't be a waste time, because the exercises in the video I linked are backed by research proving that they do work. And enough time and practice equals improvement or mastery. And you wouldn't have known it's a waste of time unless you tried it yourself.
