Loved the approach that effective communication is when we say what we want to say and not dependent on the fluency. I am still in that phase where I get stuck to a lot of words, mostly words which are very important. I was trying to find a cure, tried therapy and read a lot of books and got to know that I need to accept that I stutter and stop hiding my stuttering but I am still struggled as I didn't have a rewarding mechanism. I feel this statement changed my perspective. now every time I can judge my communication based on If I said what I wanted to say. Thank you for this.
