Thanks! My brother has depression but I am the only one in my family who stutters. For stuttering, I used to practice reading out loud at my own pace alone. For Bipolar, I take meds and have a therapist. Everything was so hard, especially in my late teens and in my twenties. I think being a pws also in part caused becoming manic because I desperately desired to achieve this super confident feeling so that I could care less about stuttering.
